Questions and answers
What is a credit?
SESTOS uses credits for everything that costs money, for example an answer or storytelling with the interviewer. Viewing, reading and reading aloud with your device's voice cost nothing. Every plan includes credits for the month, renewed every month.
What happens when the credits run out?
Then the buttons that cost something pause until next month, or you buy more credits. Credits you buy never expire. An answer in progress is always finished.
Who owns my data?
You. You can take your brain with you as a file at any time. SESTOS shows no ads and sells no data.
Do I need ElevenLabs?
Only if SESTOS is to read aloud in your own voice. For that you connect your own ElevenLabs account. Without ElevenLabs, SESTOS reads aloud with your device's voice.
How do I cancel? Soon
Cancelling comes together with booking, right inside SESTOS. The terms for monthly and yearly plans will then be in the terms and conditions. You can take your brain with you as a file at any time.
What is Infinity?
Infinity keeps your brain for many years. You choose up to three trusted people to look after it and, if you wish, pay years in advance. Infinity is not bookable yet and is coming soon.
Does SESTOS run on my own website?
Soon. Then your brain goes on your website with one line of code or as a WordPress shortcode. Until then, the people you invite ask you in SESTOS.
Does it work without 5KEYS?
Yes. SESTOS is a 5KEYS product, but you don't need anything from 5KEYS to use SESTOS.
